Kas bou di Streanan is located in the quiet (despite being close to the airport) and neat residential area Belnem/Lima, about 5 km (3 mi) south of the capital Kralendijk. The beaches "Bachelor's Beach" and "Playa Palu di Mangel" are very close, so the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea are well within walking distance. The holiday home is surrounded by a tropical garden of about 1000 m2 (1100 sq yd), has a generous floor area of some 130 m² (155 sq yd) and offers the following:

The tropical garden with a large variety of local plants offers you lovely places to relax and contemplate, like the terrace, a hammock in the shade or the hanging chair. A large sink in the garden is provided especially for divers to conveniently rinse their diving gear. A private parking place is available.

Save our environment & your vacation budget! Kas bou di Streanan “is good in the wind" and is well shaded by the trees in our garden. By letting the fresh air flow inside, you already have a pleasant temperature inside the house most of the time. The Caribbean country style of the House with its high ceilings not only creates a generous sense of space but also supports the pleasant “climate” in Kas bou di Streanan. Nevertheless, we provide air conditioning in both bedrooms. We just would like to ask you, time and again, to remember this is an island – everything must be produced or imported with great effort and at high price. A respectful and gentle handling of nature and resources, such as electricity (e.g. by avoiding excessive use of air conditioning), gas and water, is beneficial to all of us.
